Grandpa's Backyard has a Huge Mulberry Tree which has tons of leaves on it ( well not so much now) and the leaves were finally falling. Caden had loved playing in the leaves. We don't get to do this too often here in Tucson so this was a treat for them.

Look at our pile it is so small but the boys had so much fun with it.

 

Then the next day the wind blew more leaves down, so we piled them all up under the small tree and jumped into them. Well we had to do some convincing to do before Caden would try it.

Caden and Mason played in the leaves so much, I had to drag them back inside after they were done.

 

These are fun memories that the boys will always remember every time they go to Grandma and Grandpa's house. Especially remembering crazy Grandpa jumping out of a tree into the leaves.

Christmas with the Families

My Family did their Christmas on Christmas Eve Night, which was fun and exciting.

 

 

The boys had so much fun opening up their gifts !!! Nanna and Pappa bought way too much for them. We barely got all the toys into the trunk of the car. HAHAHA. They had tons of fun playing with their cousins too.

 

My Sister and I with our kids and Mel's new boyfriend Joe. Well we all call him Teacher Joe.

Oh by the way we Mel and I got our Hair done !!!!! Like the new Color ???? We Do !!!!

 

I think this was my favorite part of Christmas was giving my sister her Kitchen Aid mixer.

We surprised her so good. A week ago Mel called me up asking me if she was going to get a Mixer for Christmas because she saw one in Mom's Closet. I told her Amber was getting it for Christmas.( which was true) But Mel didn't see two of them in the closet !!!! So on Christmas eve Lee and I went to WalMart and got a gift certificate for $5 and put it on the Christmas tree. Mel told Joe that she doesn't have to look far for her gifts any more because they are always gift cards on the tree. So we made Amber open her Mixer first then Mel opened her gift card and you could tell by her face that she was really disappointed with her gift. Then I went into the other room and brought in her gift at the very end when every  one else was done opening up their presents. I walked in and said that Santa told me that Mel was cheating and he hid her present in the closet and I could only give it to her at the end of Christmas. Mel was so excited to get her Mixer !!!!! It took us 8 years to give it to her. HAHAHAHA !!!!! Well every year I really want to give her this gift but they have been so expensive. Except this year Walmart had them on Sale after Thanksgiving and I missed out on it, but my Mom was the Life Saver this year !!!!! She found Two of them on the shelves, so she got both of them.

GOOD JOB MOM !!!!! Way to go on the Bargain Shopping !!!!

The next day we had Christmas with Lee's Family, Lee's Mom went and bought more toys for the boys so they could open more presents up on Christmas morning. This made the boys so excited. They just were so excited to see more and more presents every day. I don't think Mason every got tired of looking surprised with each gift he opened. And Caden got more and more Spider-Man Presents. Then around 9:00 am the whole family came over for Breakfast and opened more presents up. This was tons of fun, because all the cousins played together. They had so much fun.

The one bad thing that happened on Christmas Day was Lee's Grandmother in Idaho Falls passed away. So Lee stayed with his Family while I drove back home to Tucson. The boys were really excited to get back home, but really sad that Daddy wasn't with us.

We Miss our Daddy right now, but he needs to be with his family too at this time.

Can't wait until he comes home.

Christmas Time !!!!

 

This is Caden at preschool for his Christmas party. Caden takes horrible pictures with my camera. He always looks like he is High or he is totally blinking !!!!!

 

Of Course Mason always wants pictures too !!!! Look in the picture at the parking lot, do you see the FOG ???? That day it was so crazy with Fog !!!! I couldn't see more that 5 feet in front of me !!!! Thank goodness preschool is just down the street from our house !!!!!

Well I had a Video of Caden talking with Santa on the Phone, but it was too long and the computer wouldn't let me upload it to the blog. I will e-mail it to all of you because it is way cute !!!!

Christmas Day for us is always a week before Christmas since we have to drive home to Las Vegas !!!! Yeah !!!! And I did not want to haul of the toys to Grandma and Grandpa's house then back home with more toys. It was actually fun having three different Christmases.

Our Disneyland Adventure !!!!

We stayed at Disneyland for Three Long Days. Actually it was nice to take our time and not be rushed around. We could leave  and take our afternoon naps. The weather was perfect. Not too cold but cold enough were we could put our jackets on. Thank you Nanna for Caden's new Spider-Man Jacket he used it every day.

 

 Caden was scared to go on all the rides, even the small rides. I think the anticipation of going on the ride was scaring him. Once Caden was on the ride he was alright. Caden's Favorite ride was in the Bug's Life. I forgot the Caterpillar's name.  Caden also loved going to Playhouse Disney. They put on a little show that had JoJo's Circus, Bear and the Big Blue house, Stanley, and Whinnie the Pooh. The Ride I thought was the craziest to go on with Caden was Splash Mountain. Caden and Lee went the first day and did not get a drop of water on them but when I went with Caden we got drenched. Seriously, We went under the water. It was Crazy !!!! And Cold.

Overall our time at Disneylalnd was tons of fun. I hope our kids will remember all the fun we had. Caden can look back this time at Disneyland and think " why in the world was I so scared of those rides"

October 29th : Caden's 4th Birthday

Were did the time go ???? It felt like yesterday he was my little baby, now he is my Super Hero Boy.

Well it's not the Cake I originally wanted to make, but this one was fun too.

 

The first Cake was suppose to be Spider-Man, but the Cake overflowed in the oven and half of it didn't even cook, it was like Spider-Man Soup. I had so many cupcakes left over from Preschool so I arranged them in a Spider Web. The kids loved it !!!!

 

Caden wanted a Pizza Party so we all made our own pizza's.

 

Now I know how to entertain seven children, Blow up 30 balloons and let them kick,throw, and bounce them all over the house !!!!

Our day was lots of fun !!! quite challenging through the fields with the vines and mounds and creepy bugs but we got our perfect pumpkins this year for Halloween.

I know I'm a Looser !!!!! I have been so busy lately that I do not even look at my computer, because I know it's just going to slow me down.

So Last weekend we went to Vegas for Lee's 10 year reunion !!!! I just can't believe it's been 10 years since we graduated. I told Lee to go by himself ( since I have no idea who all of his friends are anyways ) and he said he had a fun time seeing his old Crew he use to hang out with ( I think they called themselves the Dog Pound ???? ). I guess he tied for the Most Changed in High School. Lee didn't think he changed at all but I can Definitely tell he has changed alot since High School.

While Lee was off doing High School Reunion stuff, I had a blast with my family. I just love hanging out with the family. It's so funny how far away we are from each other, and I miss seeing them, but as soon as I do see them it doesn't feel like I have ever left. I don't know it's weird how that works out.

Friday night I meet Melanie's new MAN Joe !!!!!! Amber, Melanie, Joe and I all went out to Outback for Dinner. We had such a fun time just talking and getting to know Joe. Except I think Joe thought us girls were CRAZY !!!!! All I got to say is now I know different STATES and CITIES on the East Coast or the Mid West LOL !!!!!! Geography is not my Forte !!!!!!

Then Saturday Melanie,Lee and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch ( My Favorite Restaurant ). While at the restaurant we saw Tyler Hammond. ( a guy I went to High School with ) It was fun talking to him and catching up on old times. I love seeing people who you haven't seen for years !!!!! I'm always interested in the things they are up to now days !!!!!

But before lunch Melanie, Lee and I had to go to RC Willey to get our cushion cover we had to order special for our couch because it's all torn up from Deuce ( our dog ). And if any one knows about RC Willey they are known for messing up orders and having things on back order for weeks. I had no faith in them that our cushion cover was going to be correct. And I was right they messed up again. And we have been waiting for it for over 6 weeks for it. So I had to get away from Customer Service people before I started yelling and screaming because they are so retarded. Well right by Customer Service they had displays of Wet Bars and they had wine glasses and fake bottles so Mel and I had a fun time taking pictures of us being goofy with there displays. I called it my " RC Willie is Driving me to Drink" picture:

No offense to any one who loves going to RC Willey, But I can't stand them !!!!! Thank goodness they don't have one here in Tucson.

Saturday night I got some of my family together and go to Giradelli's for Ice-Cream. We got the Earth Quake Sundae. It had 8 scoops of ice cream, Carmel, Chocolate, Cherries, Strawberries, Bananas, Whip Cream and of Course Sprinkles. Thank goodness there was six of us eating it !!!!! But we still didn't eat it all !!!!! We had a blast !!!!!!

Caden and Mason had tons of fun hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa, Nanna and Pappa. When we were going home Sunday Morning Caden told us he wanted to go back to WAS WEGAS !!!!!! He did not want to leave. Mason had a hard time leaving Mom's side but he had such fun time being with his family too.

I also meet up with my friend Sarah on Saturday Morning to go hang out at the Park. The weather was perfect !!!! Not too hot and not too cold. I had to go to the store and get Jamba Juice and Crumb Donuts. These were are favorite things to eat before school in High School or going to the Dance !!!!! I love seeing Sarah !!!!! She is the one Friend from High School I keep in touch with ( except for Mel because she is my Sister ). Her kids are growing up so fast and now she is beating me and is pregnant with her 3rd child !!!!! The kids had a fun time playing on the Jungle Gym, I wish we had more time to hang out !!!!! I miss my Sarah !!!!!

Then We got home Sunday afternoon, Deuce only got into a couple things while we were gone. Caden's Silver Surfer and a pencil.

Then this whole week I have been just really busy doing things here and there !!!! But I did enjoy this little clip of Mason playing in the Bath Tub !!!!! I guess he is like his dad, Loves the Bath.
