Grandma and Grandpa Jenkins bought Mason a Beach Ball that connects to the hose that sprays out water for his birthday. Today since it is soooooo nice outside, we decided to try out the Ball. The Boys loved it. Even Deuce enjoyed getting sprayed too. We all ran around the ball, got soaking wet then laid out got warm again then did it again. We did this for about an Hour today. It was tons of fun. Maybe Mom will have to go to Wal-Mart and buy a   slip-n-slide too. That would be so much fun !!!!!

Yesterday, Mason and I had to go do some errands at Target while Caden was at preschool, and we found some shades for all of us.

Cheese !!!!!

I also Made another Diaper cake for a Friend So I will post that one later too.

We ate our first Fruit out of the Garden !!!!!!

 

OK it's not the biggest out of the Garden, but Caden thought it was yummy !!!!!

The Garden is growing good now !!!!! My Lettuce is really taking off !!!! The tomatoes have a couple tomatoes starting to grow too. Hopefully since the weather is getting warmer, it will make my Garden grow crazy ????

 

 

Lee needs to fix the sprinklers in the Garden because it's way too much when it comes on. You can see in the pictures how wet the soil is.

If anyone out there knows some Garden Tricks, Let me know I will Try anything !!!!!

Coloring Easter Eggs

 

Mason and Daddy coloring eggs. Mason needed to be supervised during this event so he wouldn't drink the dye.

 

Caden was so excited to color eggs the most. He made sure his egg was colored Pink !!!!

( daddy didn't like it so much, but he really likes the color pink )

Easter was tons of fun !!!! I wished we could of had visitors with us to make it more special, These are the times were We miss going to the Big Family Easter egg hunts at both parents house. Miss you guys !!!!

I can't believe Mason is Two !!!!

IF YOU HAVE BOYS,THEY ARE BOUND TO HAVE STITCHES !!!!!!

Today was a perfect day to go play out in the backyard. Caden and Mason were having so much fun coloring on the cement, playing tag with mom, and riding bikes around. Then Caden decided that the bricks around the grass looked like train tracks so he got his school bus and was pushing it along the bricks when all of a sudden he fell head first on one of the bricks. I had my back turned away from him, so I didn't see it but I did see the Gushing Blood !!!!! Caden's first reaction was to hold his head with his hands and when he removed it the blood went spraying. I ran inside and grabbed a bunch of paper towels and put pressure on the cut. I looked at it and decided that the Urgent Care was the best place to go at this time. I swear it was so deep I could see Brains or something. ( ok I'm exaggerating a little but it was deep and nasty ).Caden was so brave on the ride to the Urgent Care which is less then a minute away from my house !!!! Thank Goodness !!!! He wasn't even crying that much either. I told him if he cried it would bleed more. The doctor came in and looked at it and said it wasn't so wide, but very deep so stitches would fix it. The nurse wanted Caden to lay down on the bed and Caden kept on telling her " No thank you " Atleast he was polite about it :)

They wrapped him up like a little burrito and gave him more shots to numb it up and washed out the cut then placed the stitches in. He did so good !!!!! I was very proud of him !!!!! Now he's going to be the tough kid in school tomorrow with stitches on his head ( too bad the story is lame, if he got it buy riding his bike it would of been cooler )

 

Three Stitches later he's home with good spirits !!!!

I want to give a big shout out to my friends, Krista for looking out for me and offering help,  and Lisa who dropped what she was doing to come get Mason !!!!!

Today was such a beautiful day we decided to go to the Zoo !!!!

The kids love seeing the animals. I should probably buy a year pass, since the weather is warming up.

Today the Monkeys were making some really funny noises !!!

The Giraffes were necking each other, so maybe LOVE is in the Air ????

Caden was actually brave enough this time to go feed them too !!! ( usually he chickens out )

I was kind of worried about Mason when the Giraffe started swinging his head by Mason.

Well the boys had a fun time, the weather was perfect !!!!

Caden loves the Jaguar, except he was nervous standing next to them. OHHHH and do you see his Map in his hand ??? He was directing me every where to go with it. He made sure we didn't get lost !!!!

And of course we couldn't leave the Zoo without the Train Ride. Mason was yelling out CHOO-CHOO the whole time.

On the Train Ride, the train goes around the park and around the little lake they made,  but on the other side of the park is where the Rockies and the Diamond Backs practice Baseball for Spring Training, so Mom got her look of the guys practicing today. WHOOO HOOOO !!!! ( I should of took a picture )

 

Today was our Ward's Talent Show and I got a few boys who are obsessed with Spider-Man to do a little song !!!!

They did such a good job, I was so proud of them !!!!

Caden is usually a really shy when he has to get up in front of people, but tonight he was so excited to do this.

I loved the part after the song were they squirted silly string everywhere, the only bad part was the act after us was Tap Dancers and there was silly string all over the floor !!!! OOPS !!!! That's alright they swept it up and the boys had fun doing it !!!!
